Cordelia Pacific Aphrodite is goddess of love and Demeter is goddess of grain, without grain we could starve but without love we'd be really sad and alone (because love isn't only romantic, it's friends and family too). Grain is a staple food for all of humanity, but we love is required to bring us together so we don't murder each other and so we have others to rely on (which has been humanity's survival tactic for thousands of years), so I'd pick Aphrodite.
