Daphne Adair I think Demeter is pretty cool. She's not my favourite goddess (don't smite me down), but when compared to some of the other gods (cough, Zeus, Ares, Aphrodite, etc.) she's quite drama free and remarkably peaceful. I'd take her as a parent over Zeus any day!

Desdemona Wren I am a big fan of being Chaotic around deities, but even I do not have the gall to call Demeter old. "Thesmia Demeter" or "Thesmophoros Demeter" are some of my favorite titles for Demeter personally, meaning "law giver"
