Welcome to another blog on WoO! I, Isabella Allen, one of your resident boysenberries have been running around camp, banging door to door just to find out about the incredible, totally amazing (and crazy), hardworking student staff members. Here is the next interview of your very own and I hope you all enjoy!

It was yet another day in camp and Isabella had been carrying all sorts of notes with her just about ready for her interview that she had scheduled with one of the students in the camp. It was about time to get started and everything was set up perfectly. As soon as the person to be interviewed arrived, Bella grinned and waiting until they were seated until she began.

Bella : Well hello there! Thank you so much for coming today! Let's begin with some questions so we can get to know you! On WoO who are you and what is your job? Please elaborate a little on what you do.

Maciej Swit: So I am a chronicle team worker, in a welcoming team, homework writer, grader and soon enough... you will see me as something new as well. But now about the chronicle team worker. My responsibility is to make sure everyone has a chronicle written so everyone can learn about him/her a bit. Also, it's us that are watching whether a person is active or inactive. We may not get the attention that other jobs are getting since we are usually working in the shadows without anyone noticing, but trust me, this job is very important. I basically have a possibility to stalk people and have an excuse

Bella : What is your favorite part of doing this job?

Maciej: My favourite part of doing this job definitely has to be the possibility to read some quality backstories and approved them, so I can learn about others in the process.

Bella : How long IRL have you been doing said job?

Maciej: I have been doing this job since the middle of December 2018 so it's been like... 5 months. But I have already fallen in love with it. And we are our little smurf family.

Bella : What are the fun and not so fun parts?

Maciej: Well the fun parts are, as I mentioned earlier,  that I get to read some perfect chronicles and have and also in some way a general overview of active users. Not so fun part, however, is the writing. You have to write reports on how many chronicles have you gone through but to write it down, you actually have to go through them and most of the inactive users don't have a chronicle so that's a pity.

Bella : Is there anything special that you can do? (talents, hobbies, etc - IG)

Maciej: Oh I can stalk everyone in a matter of minutes, also can speak Spanish a bit, I can use my whip as a way of swinging from tree to tree... and boy that took ages to learn... and also... I have been gifted with determination. Once I settle on something, there is nothing stopping me.

Bella : Anything you think is important to know about you and that should always be known by any camper?

Maciej: So what many people don't know about me is, that I don't actually have the end of my pinky fingers... There was a nasty cyclops...long story... But I can also ride anything that has wheels (Not car yet... I don't have the licence...) and I have my ukulele called Niño, that I still occasionally play. Also I have a secret...Not many people know this... or understand... But I do occasionally swear in my native language, Slovakia. Also... I am from Slovakia.

Bella : Is there any particular advice you have for the people on site that can be applied to either the site/IRL?

Maciej: My advice to everyone reading is ''Keep in mind that you are a precious, lovely, beautiful and awesome person and you should be aware of this.'' Self-love is one of the most essential things in your love. It can make a really big difference. And how did I achieve this? Well, I am very happy to say that this site helped me a lot when dealing with insecurities and stuff. All the people that were nice and friendly made me so happy that I started to appreciate myself even.  So don't be afraid to compliment each other every once in a while. Trust me, it can make someone happy for a day even when it looks like a small thing to do.

Bella : Amazing! Thank you so much for doing this interview and it was lovely to get to know about you!

And with that, Isabella reached out to shake her hand and smiled at her notes just about to get them published on their blog. (Permission from Maciej to do this interview - Thank you to all those involved in the interviews so far!)

I hope you guys enjoyed reading this and I can't wait to bring you guys even more!
