Pob lwc, my friends!

(That's a Welsh thing for good luck!)

Welcome back to the very last Makin’ it Blue craft corner where we take some of your favorite little day to day items and what do we do? Well, we teach you how to make it blue, of course! But yes, alas, you heard true. This will be the last one, but certainly not the least! There are still so many blue things to be made. How could I possibly have put them all in these posts? Just because they will no longer go on doesn't mean the blue craze has to cease! So, strap on your favorite blue apron, crank up your broody Phantom of the Opera soundtrack, and get ready to check out this week’s fun collection of random household objects and start makin' them blue!

Blue bead candle holder!

Look at how pretty this is! I'd love to put these all around my house and look at how they glow. It's a fairly easy craft as well so I probably wouldn't stop making them!

What you need:

Directions!:

  1. Add a dab of glue onto the flat back of each bead and adhere to the outside of the container.
  2. Continue to add one bead after another in a circle and then move down to the next row.
  3. Continue until you have covered the entire outside surface
  4. Let it dry and harden for 5 hours before putting any candles in it and igniting

These blue hanging pom pom ornament things!

Look how fluffy these look! Wouldn't you want a bazillion hanging from your ceiling? I know that I would. Normal people hanging lanterns, but you get to hang blue thingies!

What you need:

Directions!:

  1. Stack eight 20-by-30-inch sheets of tissue. Make 1 1/2-inch wide accordion folds, creasing with each fold.
  2. Fold an 18-inch piece of floral wire in half, and slip over center of folded tissue; twist. With scissors, trim ends of tissue into rounded or pointy shapes.
  3. Separate layers, pulling away from center one at a time.
  4. Tie a length of monofilament to floral wire for hanging.

Let's hear from the Camp!

I heard from a very super duper top secret reputable source that I most certainly won't share with you (it was Mister Ivan) that a little bird--er, trainer--- might be dying his hair blue! Soooooooo, I just HAD to talk to him. Mister Alec Fernandinho didn't mention anything about blue hair which has me a bit confused as his hair looks blond at the moment, but that may have been because he is currently caught up in the winding twirls of a love scandal. Or perhaps I wasn't specific enough...?

"I love anything and everything blue!! You can’t just make me choose one!! But since you’re making me choose one, my most favourite blue things are the blue sour strips candy. They’re delicious and they make your tongue go blue!"

Super cool! Look how sparkly! I'd eat anything sparkly any day. How fun!
