Color of the week: Purple

"Who else is terrorizing your radios"

Why hello there, how’s everyone doing today? This is Color of the Week and this week’s color is the lovely dark purple, which also represents.. The Cabin Leaders The Cabin Leaders!

Cabin Leaders, in case you didn’t know, control the topics and chat to make sure everything is running smoothly. World of Olympians is a site with hundreds of people online every day, and things need to be kept under control. It’s the cabin leader's job to make sure people are following the rules and guidelines so WoO can stay the happy place it is, was, and, hopefully, always will be.

Fun fact: Did you know Porphyrophobia is fear of the color purple? Hope you don’t have that fear… In ancient cultures purple used to represent royalty because it was a very expensive and highly sought color. Also, in 2008 a girl named Cassidy Megan created “Purple Day”. Purple Day is also known as Epilepsy Awareness Day and it is celebrated on March 26 every year with the goal to raise awareness and curb the fear and stigma attached to TW: epilepsy. Epilepsy is actually a brain disorder!

We ARE currently in need of a Might Cabin Leader, so what are you waiting for!? Go apply now!

Been nice talking to you! Bye! Let me know what color you want to see in the news next week!
