Hello everyone! It's one of your hopefully favorite bloggers, Cyrus Brown again. So I was bored out of mind and decided to come up with a small series of the toughest parts of on-site jobs. Most people want them because they think the color is pretty, or they're easy to manage since it looks as if having a job is a ball in the park. Although in general, jobs are essentially really hard to keep up with, and I wanted you guys to hear it from a staff member themselves. So for this blog, we're going to be focusing on the Head of Clusters, or more specifically one Head of Cluster. The newest edition to the grad staff,
Ayalin Igleneisa!
So...you guys heard it yourself. Normally jobs take a lot of hard work, but let's hear the best part of being a Head of Cluster from our Mama Ghostie: "There are so many good parts of being HoC though! My favorite is being more involved with the cluster teams, it's amazing being able to get to know everyone and working with the team leaders to make teams more fun and engaging. Not to mention it helps the cluster out! Another thing I love about the job is all the love I get from the Ghosties. They've all welcomed me with open arms, and for that, I'm so grateful! I'll never be able to repay them for that, though I'll try my hardest to be a good Mama Ghost."
