Hello fellow demigods! Welcome back to another blog by hoping I'm still one of your favorites Cyrus! Well, this week's spotlight is the Instructor Team! Being an Instructor is a bit hard, speaking from experience on other sites of course. It normally consists of planning amazing lessons and classes for your wonderful demigods to take! So...I decided one of the best people for that is:

Caspian Langdon!

So, with that being said I can say being an Instructor is HARD work! But...what if WoO ever has another spot open and your interested?! Well, you should keep reading because I have a few tips that could definitely help! Well..first your lessons. If able you should definitely code them, just so Esme and Angela can see how your lessons will come along if you get the spot. Also, you should make your lessons interactive, fun, and most importantly you! You should definitely express yourself in your lessons so users have a reason to call you their favorite Instructor! Also, you should be able to manage your time nicely, since Instructor requires a lot of hard work and dedication AND time. If you'd like to know anything about the initial application you should check the library there's an amazing guide to help you with Instructor applications further!

I specifically chose this Instructor since he isn't one of the newest he was recently hired, and I'm sure he has a lot to bring to us demigods! Caspian is very sweet, helpful, and is an amazing addition to the staff here on WoO! Sooo, with that being said let's hear what this wonderful Instructor has to say: "I'd have to say the toughest part comes down to making sure every lesson is fun and engaging but the best comes after uploading each one. Reading the assignments that others write is always so much fun. I love seeing the creativity and personal touch that each person adds to their homework. It truly makes all of the lesson writing worthwhile. It's also great having such a wonderful assistant instructor by my side to help me out with everything."
