Cassandra's Calico Chats
Welcome to another Cassandra’s Calico chat! It has been a little bit of time since our last chat, but worry not! Things between Hermione and Penelope Claire have been going a lot smoother! Dare I say they’re even starting to get along! They run back and forth throughout the house, playing and chasing each other and on the rare occasion, the two sisters even lay next to each other. They’re not quite cuddling, but I’d say it’s a lot of progress from where we started out!
It has been exactly a month since Miss Penelope Claire has joined our family and every day has been quite an adventure, for sure. And each day it truly surprises me with how much energy she has.
Another update for you guys. Unfortunately, tomorrow I have to take Penelope Claire to the vet tomorrow. It isn’t anything serious, at least I don’t think it is. If anything, I’d say it is the cat equivalent to an ear infection. I will be sure to let you know.
I suppose this would be the time to drop below my gofundme link. Kidding, kidding. Unless...? JK. But for now, we are getting ourselves ready for bed. Hermione is on her heating blanket, Penelope is biting her tail and I suspect a mini fight will be on the way soon.
Update: that mini fight DID happen and it was well deserved, even. I guess you can say Hermione is a grumpy girly.
PS; I need to get some more cat litter ;-;
