With that in mind, what are your resolutions for the new year? I have a few, but the main goal for this year is to get my drivers license (Just like we always talked about, because you were so excited for me to finally drive up to your house). There’s a few other goals. I have to get my book goal for this year planned out as well. I didn’t accomplish the books I had planned to read for last year, BUT I did end up reading over half and some that weren’t even on it. I discovered a love for audiobooks.
But now that I’ve got my resolutions out of the way, you readers, what are some of your resolutions for the new year? Is there a book you want to read? Or maybe there’s a movie you want to see? I suppose common resolutions are things like going to the gym more, buying less and probably lots of aspects in our everyday things. Now that I think about it, it’d probably be better to start drinking water.
Did you know that only 38.5% of US adults (19 and up) set New Year's resolutions every year? Going further into our research, there is 59% of young adults (18-34) that set them, thus making them the highest demographic.
Out of these numbers, only 9% are successful in keeping their resolution or accomplishing it by the time the new year comes around.
Do you think you’re going to be one of the 9%?
