My character's name is Alanza Tibaut

Why did you pick that name?
I chose this name because I was searching for an A combination for her first name, and wanted it to be unique along with having some spanish roots. The last name has more to do with her origin since her mother was from the French inhabited islands and the last name just stuck!

Does it have a meaning? If so what?
The name Alanza means 'ready for battle', considering what the demigod life does for them it was crucial that Alanza is always ready, and Tibaut is a version of the name 'Thibaut' which means brave or courageous people and that seemed to suit her and her family well!

Does it fit your character?
Overall the name 'Alanza' certainly suits her well, she's always been prepared and ready for whatever life throws her way and it works out well since her sisters name was 'Arcia' which means princess. That way the Thibaut family had a princess and a warrior! Lanza has always been head strong and often goes into life head first so it worked out in her favour for sure!

Why did you pick that name?
Well, I'm currently in my cowboy era. Cade was a main character in a book I read recently, Deacon is a character in the tv show Nashville, and Emerson I just like as a last name haha

So I may or may not have looked it up, but Cade means round or barrel. So not a particularly wholesome meaning I'd say

Does it fit your character?
I believe it does, yeah! I'm really trying to go with the cowboy theme for Cade, so horses, cowboy hats and - boots, whiskey. Cade plays guitar and sings as well. I really try to stick true to that vibe.

My character's name is Aurore

Why did you pick that name?
I chose the name because I think the meaning is beautiful.

Aurore is the Roman goddess of dawn, and I thought it was beautiful, since it is a name used to foretell the beauty and brightness of the dawn.

I think it fits my character because after a hard past there always comes a good moment, like the dawn.

I picked that name because Victoria is a beautiful name that suits her

Why did you pick that name?
i picked the name because Effie is the middle name of one of my favorite OCs, and river is the meaning of my last name.

Effie is a nickname for Euphemia, a name of (ironically) Greek origin, which means "well spoken".

Merida Delilah Holmes

Why did you pick that name?
Honestly, Merida Holmes was just a spur-of-the-moment name that I only researched after choosing it!

Does it have a meaning? If so what?
It has many meanings! Merida loosely relates to Greek Mythology as the character Merida from Brave was based on Artemis and -as we all know- Artemis is super cool.
Delilah means delicate, and I plan on making a point of Merida being the exact opposite of delicate. I was originally going to name Merida Delilah instead, but I changed my mind because of the Artemis relation to Merida.
Holmes was purely for aesthetics and also because of Sherlock Holmes, who I decided Merida was going to be slightly like in personality.
