This week we're starring with none other than my very own mother, Aphrodite
Aphrodite came into the world of greek mythology as the goddess of love and beauty.
She is best known for her stunning aesthetic, but also a powerful, immortal deity capable of stirring up romance among gods and mortals! Although many gods used to believe her beauty was such that their rivalry over her would spark a war of the gods... because of this, Zeus married Aphrodite to Hephaestus – he wasn’t seen as a threat because of his ugliness and deformity.
“Last but not least. . .”
