Let's adventure into a world full of special godly abilities and objects! With this new blog series called, 'Statuses 101', I will introduce you all the different statuses offered here on World of Olympians! To start off, we'll begin with one of the coolest statuses! This one allows one to manipulate and modify physical appearance using only one's mind! Yep, this is called biokinesis!

This amazing status has so many cool abilities, but we can't fully understand it without speaking to one of our biokinesis friends. The one and only...

Melissa Violets!

The holder of this status has the ability to alter their height, eye color, hair color-- basically their entire appearance! Not only that, those who have biokinesis can alter other people's appearances! This would definitely be an amazing prank for April Fool's Day! Though, this status is unable to change one's DNA.

But this status isn't just about changing one's appearance... this ability can heal flesh wounds of yourself and others. Definitely handy during a fight or quest...

We don't know the entire experience of having this amazing ability. What could be a better way to understand this status than interviewing Melissa?

1. What was your first thought when realizing you were biokinesis?

Well, any normal person who would say to that is "Oh my gods, this is so wicked!" But in all honesty, I was actually really terrified. I thought I was some sort of freak or I belong in another world, but I eventually learn to accept it. It's much fun changing your appearance once in a while.

2. What do you think your life would look like if you weren't biokinesis?

My life would be... pretty much any other demigod without this extra cool ability to get away from monsters. I think I can be able to still live without this power, but just with a few more broken bones than I have usually.

3. Were you born with this ability? When did you get it?

Don't look at me for answers! I have no idea where I got these powers. My uncle said that I was born with them and I have been showing signs since I was five. Maybe I freaked out my kindergarten classmates at some point, but I still need answers straight from the gods to know where I got this.

4. Tell me something interesting about biokinesis.

I dunno what to tell you about this. I think I'm the only one who has this besides one other person. The ability just sorts of lets you become someone else if imagine yourself Like imaging yourself looking at the mirror and instead of imaging yourself, you thought of someone else. At least that's how it works for me. I dunno if molecules or some other science has to do with this. It's magic.

Very impressive! Melissa sure does have a great story! Now I wish I was biokinesis... Anyways, thank you so much for allowing me to interview you, Melissa!
