The beautiful goddess Nemesis was the goddess of Revenge was also known as Rhamnusia, the goddess of Rhamnous, an ancient Greek city in Attica. For the ancients Greeks and later for the Romans, Nemesis was the embodiment of Jealousy, Envy and anger of the gods was believed to punish human Gluttony.

What are Nemesis' powers? Well Nemesis' powers were actually Tychokeneisis: As the goddess of balance, Retribution and vengeance, Nemesis has Absolute and Divine authority over luck. She would give good luck to those who have too much bad luck and bad luck to people who have had too much good luck.

What symbolizes Nemesis?

The symbols of the goddess Nemesis would be as follows, Sword, lash, dagger, measuring rod, scales, bridle.

Did Nemesis have siblings???

Did the goddess Nemesis have siblings? Oh yes, she did! She is the sister of Moirai, Keres, Oneiroi and Apate.

Why does Nemesis cover her eyes?

Do you ever wonder why the goddess Nemesis covers her eyes? Well she covers them because she isn't looking at the person but instead shes looking at their actions and how they have effected others.

How was nemesis Born???

She was born of the goddess of the night Nyx she gave birth to a silver egg in the sea of Chaos, she then created the moon.

How is nemesis Depicted???

Nemesis is portrayed as a winged goddess wielding a whip or a dagger. She is very beautiful in this sense.
